In one sentence: VoyageFy organises your trip, but the person who checks the flight, the visa and the booking is you. It does not replace the airline, the hotel or the consulate.

1. Acceptance

By using VoyageFy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The party responsible for the app can be reached at suporte@voyagefy.com.

2. What the app does

VoyageFy stores and organises your trip information: itinerary, documents, schedule, reminders, packing and expenses. It works offline and writes the data to your device. Some features depend on our server and are described in sections 6 to 11.

3. What the app is not

This is the part that matters most to understand:

4. Reminders and alerts

Check-in and layover reminders are scheduled on your device and depend on it: a phone that is switched off, out of battery, with notifications blocked or in power-saving mode may not show the alert on time. Do not rely on them alone to avoid missing a flight.

5. Exchange rates and weather

Exchange rates and weather forecasts come from external providers, are supplied as they are, and may be out of date or unavailable. The rate shown is a market reference and is not the rate you will get at a bureau de change or on your card statement.

6. Flight status and flight watching

Flight status — gate, terminal, baggage belt, delay — comes from external aviation data providers. It can arrive late, incomplete or simply wrong, and a gate changes at the airport before it changes in any database.

Flight watching is a convenience alert, not a guaranteed delivery service. It depends on the provider having published the change, on your operating system's notification service delivering the alert, and on your device being on and permitted to show notifications. The official source is the airport board and the airline. We are not liable for a flight missed because an alert did not arrive, or arrived late.

7. AI reading

On paid plans, the app can fill in fields from the text of a document. Automatic reading gets things wrong — a crumpled receipt, a blurred photo and an unusual layout all interfere with recognition. Always check the values before saving. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a field that was filled in automatically and not checked.

8. Your account

Using VoyageFy requires no account. One is needed only for cloud backup, trip sharing, flight watching and counting AI readings. You create the account with a code sent to your email, or by signing in with Google or with Apple.

9. Cloud backup

Backup keeps one copy: the most recent. A new upload replaces the previous one, and there is no version history — if you delete a trip and then send the backup, it is no longer there.

We make a reasonable effort to keep the file intact and available, but it is not your only copy and should not be treated as one. Export the .voyage file and keep it somewhere else too. We are not liable for the loss of the file kept with us.

10. Sharing a trip

When you share, you send our server the trip you chose — attachments included — and the email address of the person you invited. You are responsible for what you share and with whom. Sharing somebody else's document requires their consent.

The recipient downloads a copy onto their device. Revoking the invitation removes access from that point on, but does not erase what was already downloaded — that is under neither our control nor yours.

11. Paid plans

VoyageFy has a free plan with complete offline organisation features. Paid plans unlock features that depend on a server. There are two formats, and they unlock exactly the same thing:

12. Your data

The data lives on your device. Losing the device, uninstalling the app or clearing the system's data erases everything that only lived there. If you have not turned on cloud backup, we have no copy and there is no way to recover it. Export the .voyage file regularly and keep it somewhere safe.

What leaves the device, where it goes and how long it stays is in the Privacy Policy.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

14. Availability

The offline part works independently of us. The features that depend on a server — rates, weather, flight status, AI reading, backup, sharing and flight watching — may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider failure or discontinuation. We will make a reasonable effort to give notice of a planned discontinuation of a paid feature, with time for you to download what is yours.

15. Limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a missed flight, an unconfirmed booking, an expense entered wrongly, data lost for want of a backup, a flight alert that did not arrive, or loss arising from out-of-date third-party information. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law grants to consumers.

16. Termination

You may stop using the app whenever you want, and delete the account at any time. We may terminate an account that breaches section 13, giving notice by email and reasonable time for you to download your backup, except where the law requires immediate action.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top indicates the latest version, and continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
